Tangerine Road Corridor – Dove Mountain to La Cañada Drive

Structural Grace, Inc. provided structural engineering services for the CMAR widening of Tangerine Road Dove Mountain to La Canada Drive as a four-lane, divided desert parkway. Structural Grace’s designed three wildlife crossings; the crossing are buried concrete hybrid box structures with single, double and triple cell, 6 feet height, 20 feet width per cell, including the design of all inlet and outlet walls. In addition, Structural Grace also designed the retaining walls in the vicinity of the Dove Mountain and Thornydale intersections and provided a structural review of TXDOT box culverts to be used along the corridor with limited fill restrictions.
