Project Description:

Structural Grace, performed structural design and produced contract documents for the 7,700 sq. ft. cast-in-place concrete lift station and 4,700 sq. ft masonry administration building for the new Randolph Park Water Reclamation Facility.

Structural Grace coordinated with the mechanical and electrical engineers and the architects to provide a streamlined design that would fit into the tight constraints of the existing facility as well as the off-site lift station location. In addition, we provided post-design services including construction inspection, review of shop drawings and RFI’s.
