Jim Wahlund serves as the Construction Surveying Manager and consistently provides quality construction surveying services for complex transportation projects. Jim has worked in the construction surveying industry since 1985. Since joining Structural Grace in 2001, Jim has served as the Chief Construction Surveyor responsible for vertical and horizontal control of urban and rural structures throughout Arizona including the Terminal Four Bridges for the Sky Harbor Airport, I-17/Loop 101 Interchange, I-10/US 60 Interchange, and I-10 and I-17 Stack Interchange. Paul Jokilehto began his career in the surveying profession in 1979, primarily in urban and rural transportation system construction projects. Paul’s principal responsibilities as a Land Surveyor include conferring with design staff, construction personnel, reviewing project plans, performing calculations and on-site fieldwork as dictated by project needs. Prior to joining Structural Grace, Paul worked for ADOT for 29 years and served as the ADOT Chief Surveyor and Manager of the Phoenix Construction District Survey Office.
