Survey Crew Chief:  

	Minimum five years field surveying experience
	Heavy highway construction layout experience required
	RLS preferred, but not required
	NICET Level 3 or NSPS Level 3 certification
	Excellent communication skills
	Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
